Banana Pancakes

1 1/2 C Flour
3 Tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
1 Egg
1 Cup Buttermilk
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Bananas, mashed
*For extra yumminess, add some chocolate chips
OH MY!!!

Combine all dry ingredients and whisk til well blended.
Add wet ingredients and stir til combined.

Place batter on greased hot griddle, according to the size of pancakes you wish to make.
Allow to cook til bubbles form on top and sides start to look dry.
Carefully flip and allow to cook approx. 1-2 minutes.
Remove from griddle and slather with butter.
Add your favorite topping...Maple or other flavor syrups, a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar, your favorite nut butter, etc...

This recipe make approx 12 average size pancakes.
