Easy Fruit Cobbler

PreHeat oven to 350*

In a 9x13 baking pan, put in 
1 Stick of Butter (or 1/2 Stick to cut down on fat)
Place this in the oven while it is preheating til Butter is melted
DON'T FORGET that it is in there or the Butter will burn.
Maybe set your timer for 5 minutes and  keep check on it.  When Butter has melted, remove pan from oven.

Sift into a bowl:
1 C Flour
2/3 C Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Soda

Add:
3/4 C ButterMilk (or Milk with a splash of vinegar or lemon juice)

Stir til combined.

Pour this batter into the pan. Add as much fruit as you desire on top:
Blueberries or Sliced Peaches or Sliced Apples, Blackberries, Raspberries...

Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes, til golden and set.

Enjoy with Icecream or Whipped Cream or even by itself.
